Is Hypnotherapy safe?

It has been scientifically proven that it is safe, as it is a state of relaxation and concentration along with a heightened state of awareness, which is induced by suggestion and is a totally natural state of mind. 

How does it feel?

The client will feel a deep sense of relaxation, which will allow the mind to enter into 'Alpha' brain wave mode, which stimulates heightened creativity and awareness. This state is very conductive to concentration, learning, health and well being.

Will I be Asleep?

No.

But you will be very deeply relaxed, as this state is called "Conscious Hypnosis".

Can I be Hypnotised?

Yes.

Anybody can be hypnotised, this is especially effective in children as they have powerful imaginations. Daydreaming is a form of hypnosis.

Can I be forced to do things against my will?

No.

While under hypnosis you will be in full control. And you will not be receptive to suggestions that are opposed to your values or morals. Hypnotherapy is not mind control or brainwashing.
